Berardelli Home Inspections was founded in 2009 by Tom Berardelli. Tom founded this company after working as a home inspector for 17 years. Prior to that, Tom received a degree in Specialized Technology in Carpentry from Johnson Technical Institute and worked in all phases of the construction industry. Since 2009, Berardelli Home Inspections has grown and now employs a full time office staff, multiple full time ASHI certified inspectors and multiple Pennsylvania DEP certified radon specialists. Berardelli Home Inspections prides itself on completing a thorough, professional inspection performed in accordance with ASHI and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection Standards.
